Our MMA / Kickboxing program is designed to help our student learn both stand up fighting techniques and the basics of how to fight on the ground. The main emphasis of the classes are on proper kicking & punching techniques, good defense, and putting together combinations that make sense. You will also learn the basics of how to move on the ground & defend against takedowns.

Known for its devastating kicks, knees and elbows, Muay Thai has developed into the go-to art for kickboxing in the MMA world. It focuses on putting the entire weight of your body into every strike, delivering powerful attacks. Muay Thai also provides an intense conditioning workout.
Jun Fan Gung Fu

Jeet Kune Do (JKD)

Bruce Lee’s martial art & philosophy. Jun Fan Gung Fu is a self-defense based art, which includes kickboxing, trapping, and grappling. There is a focus on efficient movement and moving between ranges. Jeet Kune Do is a philosophy of embracing all arts to build a personal defense style.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

The sport of MMA has become increasingly popular in recent years, however it is not a style of martial arts itself. Students learns how to combine different arts to flow between kickboxing and ground fighting. Learning defense as well as offense to keep the fight at the range you want.

None. We welcome beginners as well as those who have practiced for years. Our curriculum is designed to accommodate someone just starting out or someone looking to improve their knowledge base.
Eventually you will want your own pair of boxing gloves & focus mitts, but we have loaner equipment to get you started.
Absolutely not. We welcome students of any fitness level and encourage everyone to work at their own level. If you are looking to improve your fitness, classes will help you achieve that goal.
We believe that one should use all the methods available to develop our skills. You can expect to work with a partner hitting & holding pads. We also work drills back and forth with boxing gloves to develop offense as well as defense. Once we have the drills we do timing and sparring work to apply what we learned in a more realistic situation.
